When Joe and myself walked in to find our cabinets that we thought we wanted, Alicia gave us an amazing idea for different cabinets and countertops. "Starting 9-28-23 through 2-28-24 we had a kitchen remodel; cabinets, countertops and flooring. This was a wonderful experience with Alicia at NE factory located in Euclid. "Lynn helped us with our kitchen remodel and was a godsend by truly bringing our situation and vision to life. Unfortunately our dishwasher flooded so we are in the middle of an insurance claim. And with only part of the kitchen being insured due to the nature of the damage, she had to get creative with us! Staying at or below our insurance estimate and only going over for our personal preference, she made a complicated situation actually something to be excited about. Knowing that we are living in sub-ideal conditions with the damages, she worked as fast as she could to get everything rolling for us so we can go back to our normal lives.
